Singpost lousy service:(

Have a customer who sent back her shoes for exchange of size on 24/12. until now Singpost did not deliver to me at all, and when I checked the status today 30/12, it showed this RR627932468SG Despatch No.: Beat No.: B2105

Status Date Status Description 24-12-2011 Accepted at (POORC) 24-12-2011 Further processing in progress (POORC) 28-12-2011 Delivery in progress (DBAKD) 28-12-2011 Further processing in progress (DBAKD) Called 1605 to check whats going on, and the customer service told me to wait till next week, HUH?? I thought registered mail will take only 2 working days??
